Just a little one off painting I had floating around in my head for an upcoming exhibition at the end August. Still painting people and things related to Colorado but exploring the idea of multiples where I change up the composition slightly and colors for different effect. We’ll se where this takes me.

Celebrate at our new location. WOW! (WIDE OPEN WHATEVER) has been a Denver metro-area tradition for over 35 years and local artists of all skill levels and media (except for video) are invited to submit entries. Come and enjoy this exhibition honoring the work and diversity of our community.
Time for packaging
25 black ink on white paper 25 white ink on black paper for a total of 50 edition varied block prints. Super pleased with how these turned out. Now off to destroy the block and make a cancellation print for proof. Oh and if anyones interested in purchasing one drop me a line, $25 until they’re gone.

Underdrawing
Layout for a slightly larger painting of Hunter S. Thompson. Kinda in love with multiples at the moment, exploring how my mood or the time of day I’m working on something can affect/effect my final painting. We’ll see how this on turns out.
